This is typically the hardest item to deliver to any reseller who’s first question is; “How do we make money out of it?” The answer in all likelihood is that you don’t. Obviously this is a fantastic business proposition then…(!) What you do make money from is the Eco-system and the services in providing it.

We’ll start with System Centre Operations Manager this week and the news that 2 new management packs have been released, they deal with BitLocker and CRM. Secondly with Operations Manager I was on a customer’s site the other week and the account used to run reporting had been configured to allow the password to expire. This of course caused issues with reporting this article helped to get it fixed.
