If a new seat on subs is going into a specific group within the subs contract, where do we specify the Group name?
Also if software is being delivered to reseller, I take it you will still need to know the end user details? How would we let you know these?

Hi Rose, the group name is kind of academic, best if you provide the serial number on the contract that it’s to be added to in any available fields on the end-user data form that are free. alternatively if you email through for a contract amendment afterwards we can move the seat within the contract very easily. hope this helps.
