On higher-end models from HP, Samsung and Lexmark, we are now offering special delivery and set-up services, giving you the chance to offer a more comprehensive and complete service to customers that have very significant everyday duty cycles and print requirements.

Essentially, this service is addressing the opportunity in the office photocopier- replacement market. You can offer high duty cycle printers and MFPs on lease plans, which we can tell you all about and provide for you, and offer all the added-value services that are needed with such a device – specialist transportation and installation, maintenance and management. That means you can not only offer a more complete service for your customers, you can also generate incremental revenue streams and make more profit – which is something that’s always welcome.
